Certificates Almost Ready

Dear Members the certificates of our center are almost ready and will be sent to the beneficiaries next month. This notice concerns the members who have sent the application for the replacement of the old certificates.  The new Members certificates will be sent before the end of this year. We must remind you that any Changchun Institute member who has not sent a request to replace his certificate with the new ones, the old ones have no validity and are not recognized by our institute.
